Where are you located?
At 95 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014, near Main Avenue and Route 3.
Do you charge a trip fee?
Yes. Every visit has a trip fee that covers getting a licensed plumber to you and diagnosing the problem. We tell you the amount on the phone before dispatching.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Work is performed under NJ Master Plumber License #13345, and the company is bonded and insured.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Anything actively damaging your home, threatening health or safety, or leaving you without water or heat in cold weather. See our emergency guide.
Do I need a permit for a water heater in Clifton?
Yes. New Jersey requires a permit and inspection for water heater replacements. We handle both. See the permit guide.
How much does a water heater replacement cost?
A standard tank replacement in North Jersey typically runs about $1,800 to $3,200 installed, including permit and code parts.
Why is my water pressure low?
Whole-house low pressure in older Clifton homes is often galvanized pipe narrowed by rust, or a failing pressure-reducing valve. See leak and pressure repair.
Do you fix boilers?
Yes, steam, hot-water and combi boilers. See boiler repair.
My basement floods when it rains. What should I do?
First figure out whether it's groundwater (clear, from the walls) or sewage (dark, from the floor drain). They need different fixes. See our basement backup guide.
Do you test backflow devices?
Yes. We perform annual tests, repairs and re-certification, and file results with the water purveyor. See backflow testing.
Which towns do you serve?
All of Clifton plus Passaic, Nutley, Lyndhurst, Wallington, Garfield and Belleville. See service areas.
How do I pay?

Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms for parts and labor are stated on your written estimate and invoice.
